Our Web Development Services include:

• Security implementation and monitoring

• Website maintenance and support

3. User Obligations

By using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not engage in any unauthorized use or access of our systems
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Not attempt to circumvent any security measures

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Service Fees

Our pricing structure is as follows:

• AI Support: $600 initial setup fee plus $100 monthly maintenance
• Landing Page: $600 one-time payment
• Business Website: $1,200 one-time payment
• E-commerce Website: $2,400 one-time payment

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Client Rights

Upon full payment, clients receive:

• Full ownership of the website design and content
• Non-exclusive license to use the AI support system
• Access to all associated accounts and services
• Right to modify and update website content
• Ownership of all custom graphics and assets

5.2 Company Rights

LukavAI retains all rights to:

• Proprietary AI technology and algorithms
• Development frameworks and methodologies
• Generic code libraries and components
• Training data and AI models
• Portfolio usage rights and case studies

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information
• Use confidential information only for intended purposes
• Implement reasonable security measures
• Return or destroy confidential information upon request
• Report any unauthorized disclosure immediately
• Survive termination of the service agreement

7. Limitation of Liability

LukavAI's liability is limited to:

• The total amount paid for services in the past 12 months
• Direct damages only, excluding indirect or consequential damages
• Issues directly caused by our services
• Claims covered by our professional liability insurance

We are not liable for:

• Third-party services or content
• Data loss or security breaches beyond our control
• Service interruptions due to maintenance or upgrades
• Force majeure events

8. Term and Termination

Service termination terms include:

• 30 days written notice required for service cancellation
• Immediate termination for material breach of terms
• Pro-rated refund of unused service periods
• Data retention for 30 days post-termination
• Transition assistance available upon request
• Survival of confidentiality obligations

Important Notice Regarding AI Support Service Cancellation: Upon cancellation of your AI Support subscription, please note that your AI agent will no longer receive updates or maintenance. This may result in the agent becoming outdated over time and potentially experiencing functionality issues or breakage. We recommend maintaining an active subscription to ensure optimal performance and reliability of your AI support system.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LukavAI operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
